Boxing training



Boxing training consists of several parts. The first part is the warm-up, which consists of mobility, flexibility, coordination, motor and functional exercises. The second part of the training consists of a boxing school where punching and footwork techniques are taught. The third part of the training consists of working in pairs, carrying out boxing school in the situation and specific conditions of the fight itself and working on the bag, in which we also practice punching technique and work on the specific fitness required in boxing. In addition to all the elements that we have mentioned, the last part of the training is always fitness, in which muscular endurance, strength, speed and explosiveness are developed.

Each group has a maximum of 12 participants so that everyone has enough space for training.
